Sudden Downpour

The weather finally has warmed up a little bit.  I think we've officially hit spring.  And of course, that means we've now hit the season of random and sudden downpours.  Saturday afternoon was definitely one such occasion.  It was a crazy rainstorm, and Chase wanted to go check it out. 

First, he had to try my rain boots.  

Obviously that wasn't working well.  Instead, he grabbed his flip flops and waited by the door so we could go watch the rain.

He was not pleased that the rain meant he had to stay inside, but he loved standing in the entry and watching it.  He kept pointing to the rain and saying something that sounded important :)
