It's For Sale?

Obviously my parents have to sell the house since they're moving to Utah.  I think I always understood that, but it just hit me that they're selling the house... the house I grew up in.  They house they've owned for nearly 25 years!  And now, here it is on Zillow.  It's real.  

I won't lie, I stole the following pictures from Zillow, but I wanted to make sure I kept them.       

If I lived closer, I'd consider buying it.  :)
