One Halloween Outfit

Yes, it's one Halloween outfit, not a Halloween outfit because he has three super cute ones (and an awesome costume!).  This one is from my mom's third son, Kei, a conductor from PYS.  Chase and I were "playing" this morning after he woke up, and I took a couple pictures and two videos.
