Paden's Wedding

We spent last week in California, first with my family in Oceanside and then with the Hardys in the Oakland area for Paden's wedding.  We had been counting down to vacation for so long-- I can't believe we're back at work already.  But it really was a great week.  I have to get more pictures from my mom before posting about the beach, but I do have pictures from Paden's wedding.

Marcus was so excited for his brother.  And I must say he looked pretty sharp :)

On Friday, Paden and Rebecca were married in the Oakland Temple.  Such a beautiful place!

Right after the wedding, there was a luncheon at P.F. Chang's, which was wonderful.  Excellent service.  Fabulous food.  I'm learning to be more Hardy-ish... it's all about the food!  :)  The reception was the next evening in the town Rebecca is from-- Crows Landing.  We drove there on Friday night and spent the day relaxing around the hotel.  And we drove to the church building that evening for the reception.

Yeah, I was there too :)

We were really glad we could make it out to Paden's wedding.  Definitely a long flight, but totally worth it.  We're now back in New York, and Paden and Rebecca will be off to Hawaii to finish school after their honeymoon up the coast.  Hopefully we'll be able to plan something in the same city again sometime soon!
