Charlie's Puppy

My parents have a golden doodle-- not one of the cute tiny ones that you're probably imagining, one of the huge, floppy, awkward (yet still cute) ones.  But the funny part about Charlie isn't just his size and clumsiness, it's that he thinks he's the size of a Yorkie (specifically our crazy yorkie, Allegro).  And apparently, Charlie thinks Chase is his puppy!  

Most nights Charlie slept next to Chase's bed.  He'd run down the hall as Chase woke up from naps.  He'd get concerned whenever Chase would cry.  He didn't like it when someone else picked him up when he was crying.  He'd hover over Chase to protect him.  And he'd use his front paws and move him down the hall.  Seriously.  Chase was his puppy.  But Chase seemed to love it.  :)  

Here are a couple pictures of the two buddies.  It was hard to get them both to sit still for the picture and looking at the camera was... hard.  But here are a few of the moments they were sitting together:
